Broccoli and Cheese Brunch Casserole
This was delicious! All kinds of possibilities exist by varying the ingredients. I may try it with goat cheese next time!

Easy Chocolate Tofu Pie
This was okay. It came out kind of soggy, but had a good flavor. Would probably make some adjustments if I made it again.

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
This cake was okay. I used truvia instead of sugar and it came out crumbly and dry. Perhaps I mis-converted the sugar required. The texture and flavor were better after refrigerating overnight.
