Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

I really liked the bottom layer but thought the top had too many spices. Next time I think I will just double the bottom and add a cherry topping.

This recipe was super easy!!! It was my first time making anykind of bread from scratch so I was nervous but my Grandma ended up asking for the recipe! I thought the bread was a little too yeast but no one in my family had a problem scarfing them down! lol

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes

For some reason it come out very bland and gooey for me. I had to add a BUNCH of spices and then transfered it into a pot and cooked it on low in the oven forever. But my family liked it so thats all that matters.

Super Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

This recipe was good but there was WAY to much spinach! Next time I will use half the amount of spinach and it was almost like it was missing something in tase but I think that might have had something to do with the over powering taste of spinach. Also when cooking sausage make sure that it is finely crumbled. If its clumps get too big its hard to stuff.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This recipe is so so good! It tastes like something you would get in a facy resturant! I served it with fresh green beans in butter and minced garlic. FANTASTIC!!!

Mexican Casserole

Creamy Banana Bread

Very good! omitted the nuts and doubles the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Tasted like a cross between banana bread and a cinnamon roll.

BBQ Chicken Pizza I

Pizza was very good except for the cilantro. I couldnt find the cheese so I used an italian mix. Next time I will just use mozz. Also leave about an inch for the crust. I only left a little bit and the sauce spilled over the edge and burnd on the pan. Will make again!!!

Amazing Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

Breakfast Pita Pockets

This recipe was very good except I didn't have any pita pocketss so instead I fried and egg and layeredit on taost with the sausage links cut in half length-wise and bacon. My husband loved it!!!
