After reading many reviews I was afraid of having mini meatloaves, so I used just under 3/4 cups of breadcrumbs, I only made half of the topping and used it on 3 of the "filets" the other three I topped with a mixture of A1 steak sauce and what was left of the ketchup topping, these came out wonderfully. I only cooked them for 8 mins the first time because they were getting too dark, and 5 the 2nd time which was enough time because they were done and juicy on the inside. Served with creamy au gratin potatoes (from this site) I will definatly make these again
