Glazed Meatloaf I
Even the grandchildren that don't like meatloaf love this!! I left out the mustard (didn't have at the time) and added 1 pkg brown gravy mix. Would give additional stars if they were available.

Black Bean and Corn Salad
The Best!!! I used fresh corn cut off the cob and warmed it in a little margarine (4 ears & 2 tsp. margarine, then prepared as directed. Everyone loved it and I'll double the recipe next time.

Glazed Meatloaf II
The whole family loves this recipe. My grandsons will make a special trip for supper if this is being served (2 don't even like meatloaf). I use a package of brown gravy mix in place of boullion. Yummy sandwiches if you are lucky enough to have leftovers.
