Quick Skillet Chicken and Macaroni Parmesan

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
I hate rating something and saying to change it but just listen. Instead of chicken I use half sweet italian sausage and half spicy italian sausage. This is so so easy and delicious. It's the most requested dinner in my house!

Sausage Sauerkraut Supper

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
this is one meal I can make a bunch of and know that the leftover will all be eaten. I used beer instead of wine. I also put the sauerkraut on top so the flavor would really soak down to the sausage. yum!

This is so delicious. The sauce had even more flavor than I though. Great dish for an "easy yet impressive" meal

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

Delicious. Don't worry about it being pretty, it's sloppy and I love it. I do spice it up a little though.

Don't let the strange combination fool you. We've been making these for years and they always get devoured!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2008
So delicious! Don't be put off by the large number of ingredients. This is fantastic, it has the perfect amount of heat, reheats after freezing just as great. I didn't use celery and used an anehiem and a pablano as my two chilis.

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
Learn from my mistake! I followed all of the suggestions to boil and then dry them for 24 hours. Watch them carefully because mine burned very quickly. I'm sure it's obvious to most, but the hour of cooking is only if they are fresh out of the pumpkin! The house smells like burnt popcorn!

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
Really good, although I would cut back some on all the liquids. I rinsed the cashews in a strainer first to get rid of some of the salt. Went wonderfully with the "grilled salmon I".

Grilled Salmon I

You'll never want salmon any other way after trying this marinade! Only change, I always use fresh garlic instead of powdered.

Asparagus, Chicken, and Pecan Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
The ingredients had great flavor but I wish the sauce had been a little "saucier". I'd try this again but with a different sauce.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
I'm not sure about the original recipe but with my revisions this was wonderful. After reading so many say that it could be bland I made a couple of adjustments. no croutons, pimentos, or milk. After shredding the chicken I put it in a skillet on low with 1/2 a can cream of chicken soup, the onions, and 1 tsp diced jalapenos. When that warmed up I added the butter and cream cheese to the mix. I then wrapped them up in the rectangles as the recipe says. I thought it was plenty. I only cooked them for 20 minutes. Everyone went back for seconds and I will deffinitely make this again.

This was my first cheesecake and it turned out so delicious! I doubled the filling and added extra cinnamon and sugar to the crust. It was a thanksgiving hit!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2008
This was a big hit but I did spruce it up a bit, I used a ready made chocolate crust, and added in crushed Peanut butter cups, mixed in and sprinkled on top. Then I drizzled magic shell chocolate over the top.

Peach Cobbler VI

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2007
My first time ever making peach cobbler I made this for 200 people. It was such a huge success I constantly have people asking for the recipe. The only change I made was to add some frozen peaches to the canned ones. It made a nice texture balance.
