Biscotti
I made these for coffee hour at church and got rave reviews. This was my first time making biscotti and found them easy to make. The dough was easy to work with, I didn't have anise so I used almond extract. I will will be making these again.

Easy to Remember Pie Crust
Easy to work with. Easy to remember and good flavor. I added approximately a tsp of salt. It did not get very brown. Next time I may brush with milk and sprinkle a little sugar on top (Grandma's trick)

Fabulous Homemade Bread
Very moist bread. Very light brown inside from the brown sugar. Not overly sweet. My husband says this is the best bread I have made. I added approximately 1/4 cup of cracked wheat for a little extra chewiness. i made 4 large loaves from this recipe. I think it would make great buns too.
