These were a bright and unusual presentation for green beans. Worked well for my office party, since serving sizes were predetermined. Kept the line moving, as it were. I used very young beans, steamed them briefly, used pre-cooked bacon...and next time may just steam the beans and belt them in bacon ...skipping the broth flavoring, which did not seem to make much impact anyway.

Photography Notes: Another "group" photo, as it were. Tried to incorporate some natural light, but my kitchen window is frosted (!) so... not always the best light source. Angled shot. Tried adjusting levels in Gimp photo editor. Cropped with AR's interface.
