Chicken Lo Mein
I have no choice but to rate this recipe five stars - it's really great and really easy. I didnt change whats in it only how i made it. I used rotesari chicken for easiness but still made the sauce with all the measurments listed cuz I like a lot of sauce =). This is a BIG family favorite and have given this recipe out numerous times upon request.

Herbed Dumplings
These had GREAT flavor! As everyone before me I cut the salt and herbs to 1/2 tsp, awesome. The only disappointment is they are not as sturdy as bisquick dumplings, tend to be alittle to delicate, other than that they are perfect!

Asian Ginger Dressing
WOW! This was incredible, not only for salad but this would be wonderful as a marinade for fish or chicken or pork chops! I did cut back on the ginger a tad and sub'd 1/4 cup of the olive oil with sesame seed oil. I think next time I'll add some crushed roasted sesame seeds too. Thanks Bunches for the recipe! It was really great!
