Breakfast Casserole I
Everyone I've served this dish to has loved it! Although, instead of using broccoli, I used a can of mild green chili. It was fantastic!

Spooky Witches Fingers
I love to make these for the kids in my family. I make them look especially disgusting by making small cuts in the fingers before baking, and when cooked, I use red icing for blood and yellow gel icing for puss which I place in the cuts. I also roll up little bits of the cookie dough into the form of maggots and bake them for just a minute or so and place them in the cuts. It's truly disgusting looking, but tastes delicious and the kids love them!

Lemon Pepper Zucchini
I made a few variations to this recipe. I tossed the zucchini with lemon pepper and garlic then sauteed them in the pan with butter. I also made angel hair pasta tossed with butter, garlic, basil, a bit of salt, and freshly ground pepper. The sourness of the zucchini worked great with the subtle flavor of the pasta. My family loved it! I will definitely make this again. A+
