Yummy! This is fantastic. I changed two things: substituted wild rice for white rice and did not include the turkey.

Italian White Bean And Pancetta Soup

This was easy to make and really good. As others suggested, I cut the only, only including 1 Tblsp to saute the vegetables. It was still kind of greasy. Great flavor.

This is really, really good and easy to make. Definately use the fresh basil, parsley and lemon as described. Great as leftovers in lunches.

Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce

Ultimate Roast Beef Blues Sandwich

This is a really good, easy recipe!! I followed the recipe exactly and I wouldn't change a thing. My husband and I both loved it and whenever he sees blue cheese in our fridge, he's hoping it's for this recipe.

Banana Oat Muffins

This recipe is awesome! I reduced the butter, opted for fat-free sour cream and they tasted great. Rave reviews from family members and co-workers. Really moist muffin w/a yummy, crunchy topping.
