Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This recipe was DELICIOUS! I doubled the sauce as others instructed and used some brown sugar. I also reduced the soy sauce by a bit. I added sliced pineapple and swiss cheese on the top. I also did the chicken breast at 400 for 30 minutes. I flipped the chicken a few times then added the pineapple at the 15 minute mark. I added the cheese right before I pulled it out and let it melt before removing it from the rack. One of my guest had been insisting he had the best Teriyaki sauce recipe but he walked out with this one! FABULOUS!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
FABULOUS! Everybody loved it. This was so popular that people even put it on our Morton's tri tip steaks. I used the bread crumbs on top and did the 20 mins. Perfect. Thank you!

Lemon Pepper Chicken and Gravy
I give this recipe 5 stars because it is so easy and very tasty. I was a bit nervous of using lemon pepper and gravy but it was extremely good. I deviated from the recipe a bit by adding some onion when cooking the chicken and a bit of lemon juice. I then sauteed the peppers with the chicken and onions before adding the gravy and simmering.
