This was my 1st time cooking lentils. My family & I are not vegetarians, however, I like to fit in 'meatless' meals from time to time. I was looking for something to do with the lentils other than a soup. This was great! I can not believe how similar the taste of the taco filling is to a meat version. Followed the recipe to a tee, give them a try!

I used this recipe today for my Christmas baskets. GREAT! It was the easiest thing in the baskets to put together. But beware... if your making these for gifts you'll want some for yourself. My husband sampled one & then kept sneaking them all day. Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this today for my Christmas gift baskets. I wanted something a little different from my usual fudge recipe. It is not as rich as fudge, but still a great sweet treat! It was also a little easier to put together. This will be a keeper for sure. Thanks for a great recipe!
