Easy Tilapia with Wine and Tomatoes
This was a great recipe! I did not have basil on hand (winter) but I did have pesto in the fridge. So, I chopped the tomatoes & garlic and added 1/4 cup of white wine with about 1 tbs. of pesto. Mix it all together and let it marinate for about 10 mins. Just spoon it on top of the fish in the foil packet. I think it turned out really good.

Skyline Chili I
After over a year of using this recipe, I'm finally getting around to rating it! I am giving this a 5* because my husband from Cincy says the recipe is nearly identical. The key to duplicating the texture of Skyline Chili is to blend the cooked ground beef......it is essential! Go Purdue!

Macaroni and Cheese V
Yum & Yum! I too omitted the bread crumbs. Instead I increased the oven temp to 400, in the last 10-15 mins., to make a crunchy cheese crust. This recipe reminds me of my Mom's mac & cheese!
