About this Cook
I got married on July 28, 2007 in Duck NC, I have four cats named Sonia, Jade,Tony, and Nico. I went to Savannah Collage of Art and Design and my major was in furniture design and photography. I am currently working at the East Cobb YMCA in Marietta GA as a Aquatics Director. All my life I have been a very hands on person and loved working with all types of tools from it being a camera to table saw or a sharp knife. In my spare time I love to bake and cook and design jewelry, I really enjoy to watch people enjoy whatever I make. My favor stores are Williams-Sonoma and Create & Barrel. I LOVE KITCHEN GADGETS!
My favorite things to cook
I really enjoy baking but I love to cook meals from scratch. I really enjoy a challenge and trying out new things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I just remember standing in a chair when I was little and watching my mom and what I thought was trying to help her out with the cooking. I remeber my mom would whistle while she got stuff togethere.
My cooking triumphs
When I first stared out cooking I really used to get upset when I burn it or when it would not turn out. I would get so upset that I would start to cry about it. Eric my hyusband would give me a big hug and say “don’t worry about your staring out you’ll get better” then we end up ordering out. My sister is staring out cooking and she asked me what is the one piece of advice that you can give me? I told her you will burn stuff and some of the things you might make will not turn out so do not get upset about it and make sure you have a back up plain.
My cooking tragedies
I have not set anything on fire, So I would say that I have had no cooking tragedies yet.
