Shepherd's Pie VI
This was great! My husband loved it, hearty, filling - perfect on a cold night. I added salt and thyme as my spices to the meat mixture.

Make Ahead French Toast
Very good and loved the ease of preparation, anything make ahead is a bonus. I did not need to use 5 eggs, maybe 3. This one is rich, though so you best not be watching calories.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts
I like the water chestnuts for the extra crunch. This is the 'traditional' recipe that you remember! Get the spinach very dry - otherwise, it'll make the dip stringy and soupy.
