Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin Pancakes

It was okay. I was a bit dissappointed. I did let it sit for 15minutes but mine was way too thick. It was a bit dry. My kids liked it but I will not make this recipe again unfortunately.

Buttermilk Pancakes I

Defintely the best pancakes my family has ever had - we love these. I add blueberries, bananas and other goodies to them sometimes too. I have to double the batch easily each time. It's a definite keeper!

Baked Alaska

My family loved this, especially my husband! I read the reviews and followed the advice of not using any salt. That worked well forus. I aslo use cane sugar so I had a hard time making the egg white topping as it should have come out. I added food coloring (light pink) for an Easter pastel color and the kids loved it. My husband has already started a list of combinations to try in the future -chocoalte ice cream with mint extract, or orange extract, etc. Thanks for a nice fun and easy recipe.

Rico's Passionate Pink Honey Lemonade

It was okay, different than that I had expected. I wouldn't call it a lemonade but more of a tropical fruit punch. I made it up for Easter Dinner with our friends. I likely will not make again. I didn't have all the lemon juice, but did as others had done - added more orange, and lime slices to it. Mine also is the ugly brown shade (not attractive). Thanks for the recipe.

Chocolate Chunk-Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Excellent! We made this cake this year for our Happy Birthday Jesus coffee cake for breakfast for Christmas morning. The only thing that I would do differently next time is not mix the chocolate chips and sugar/cinnamon. I would sprinkle LESS chocolate chips when it's time to add that layer and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Due to dietary issues in my family, I used raw sugar and carob chips and it turned out fantastic! This is a keeper and will be a repeat.

Baked Flan

This was a HIT! However, I had challenges with this recipe as with another in getting it to firm after baking. I am beginning to think it may be my oven. Anyhow, I made this for 26 adults last night and it was a HIT! I will defintely make this again.

Flan

I am SO bummed! I read the reviews & followed the directions (in a large pyrex) and made it for 24 people! It never got firm. I put in the fridge over night and put back in the oven 3 times ... STILL not solid. Suggestions? I would really like to save it if possible.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake II

I made this last night and attempted it with a bag of frozen pineapple chunks that were wet - and it worked just fine. The cake turned out fabulous! I would defintely make this recipe again. I did use honey in place of the brown sugar and will try Splendia for the white sugar next time. Excellent cake!
