Stuffed Pork Chops III
My husband loves these chops, I did add monterey jack cheese to give it a gooey treat. I alternate between the recipe and this addition. I also use more water and broth to keep them from drying out. All in all it is a big hit in my house for a few years now.

Antipasto Salad
This is a family favorite, great for big crowds. It reminds me of holidays with my family.
