This is very good. I usually make packaged Mexican Rice, but this is so much better. I used Taco Seasoning I instead of the cumin and salt. I served this with Salsa Chicken from this site and it made a fantastic meal.

Salsa Chicken

This was so easy and incredibly delicious. My whole family loved it. I used Taco Seasoning I and served it with Mexican Rice II, both from Allrecipes. I will definately make this often.

Venison Steak with Peppers and Onions

My whole family thought this was very good. I used about 2 lbs. of venison tenderloin, cabernet instead of sherry and I added sliced fresh mushrooms with the other vegetables. I wanted more gravy so I used a total of 32oz. of beef broth which I thickened with cornstarch. The meat was fork tender and delicious. I served this over buttered egg noodles with fresh baked bread to sop up the gravy. Will definately make this a lot.

Beef Stroganoff III

This was incredible!! I used Venison Tenderloin which I marinated in Cabernet for about an hour. I made it pretty much according to directions except I used fresh mushrooms, about a tsp of minced garlic, and only about 1/4 cup of sour cream. I served it over egg noodles with green beans sauteed with bacon and garlic and fresh baked bread. This was exactly what I was looking for and will make many times again.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

I made this recipe exactly as written and really had high hopes for it. Unfortunately I was terribly disappointed. It was very bland. Definately needs some doctoring up.

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

I made these for last night's super bowl and they were great!! I added taco seasoning to he chicken as I cooked it and added Jalapenos and Black Olives on the topwith the tomatos and cheese. Tasted just like the nachos I get at a local sports bar.

Grilled Shrimp Scampi

This was excellent! I served it on top of Linguini mixed with melted butter, fresh parsley, oregano, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese. It was the perfect meal for a hot evening.

Enchilada Casserole III

Excellent! My kids love it and it's easy to make. I used canned enchilada sauce, taco seasoning in the meat as well as a small can of hot diced peppers.
