Cabbage and Smoked Sausage Soup

My kitchen smelled soooo good while this was simmering. Very easy. I added two teaspoons of kosher salt and coubled the rice. My Polish grandmother would have loved this one!

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Thank goodness I doubled this recipe. These were soooo easy to make, but tasted like I'd spent all day iin the kitchen. I'll definitely make them again.
