Beef Stroganoff III
I had to add a little more beef broth to the recipe because there wasn't much sauce left after simmering for an hour. I'll probably use lower sodium beef broth next time, since it tasted a little salty (probably from me adding more). Serves great with peas and egg and egg noodles. It tasted wonderful and I can't wait to make it again.

Famous Butter Chicken
I was a little nervous at first because I thought that the butter would be overpowering. I'm glad that I tried it because the chicken was extremely moist and the flavor was excellent.

Baked Pork Chops I
The pork browned really quick in the skillet, so I only needed to fry them about 5 min total. I used cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic (store was out of original) and the recipe still turned out great. It was my first time baking pork chops, and I will definitely use this recipe again.
