Best Chicken Ever
Great recipe for moist chicken! Ranch dressing mix worked great instead of the italian seasoning.

Campbell's Apple Strudel
Great starter recipe! I also added walnuts to mine...this recipe allows you to add whatever else you want to the apple filling w/o any difficulties. Although I did have trouble using the swiss roll method so folded in 1/2 & sealed edges. I also used sugar in the raw to sprinkle on top!

Mushroom Risotto
This is definitely a labor of love & a great recipe to elaborate on. I used 1 chopped zucchini instead of celery & pecorino cheese instead of parmesan. yummy with chicken apple sausage!
