Chicken Noodle Casserole I
This was a very Yummy dish. I kept to the original ingredients but did use seasoned chicken breasts and tried to save on calores by using low fat soups and instead of butter for the crackers I used olive oil. I did add garlic powder to the soup mix and cracker crumbs. Will be making this again.

Molasses Cookies II
I gave this a 4 only because I never have made molasses cookies before and have nothing to compare it to. This was a very easy recipe and will most likely use it again. I did cut the salt down to half a tsp but will not the next time I think I could have used the whole amount and it would not have been too salty. If this is your first time making these don't attempt to flatten them down when they are baking they will flatten as they cool

Glazed Tofu Meatloaf
This was a good meatloaf. I did change a few things based on other suggestions. I added only one egg since I only used one pound of turkey, I did use the whole package of tofu, since others had said that it was too salty I cut down on the onion soup mix(1/2pkg) and soy sauce(1/8cup). I added about 1tsp of Emeril's Asian spice mix and that gave it a real nice kick. I will make this again. Thanks for the recipe
