One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Excellent cake. I thought I would try a trick I saw on TV and use cocoa in the greased pan instead of flour but it stuck a little. Next time I'll use flour. This will be my go-to chocolate cake recipe.

Mandarin Orange Cake I
I'm giving two stars because I followed the recipe exactly and the topping is entirely runny. I don't know why?! Tastes good but looks nothing like the picture (where the topping stays on the cake).
