Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes
YUM! I was only making enough for myself, so I estimated on amounts...I used a little less sugar than my scaled down version probably called for and added olive oil to cut the salty taste because I used salted butter - this sauce was to die for and I am not ashamed to admit I licked the bowl! Next time I will throw some shallots in the mix. Great way to use up my garden goodies! Thanks, PeanutPutter.

Chocolate Cherry Cake III
YUM! Got great reviews for this cake. The only change I made was to add one teaspoon of veggie oil to the batter because it seemed a little too thick to me, and other reviewers had mentioned doing so. The frosting, which was delish, was a little gritty, but no one complained because it was so darned good. I will take more time next time to disolve the sugar better, maybe use a double boiler? It was so easy and good, it will be a staple for me. Thanks!

Sauerkraut-Stuffed Slow-Cooked Pork Roast
I LOVE pork and sauerkraut AND I love my crockpot, but I won't do this again. The flavor wasn't too bad, but the pork dried out horribly. Now, keep in mind that I didn't turn the pork over because it was stuffed and mounded up so nicely... So, I'm not opposed to taking the blame here. Just wanted to share my experience/mistakes!
