I am a beginer at cooking, but find it one of my favorite NEW hobbies... I love to cook it all - as long as they come out right and tasty. I must admit, I refrain from using the grill myself....I am afraid of setting my hair or myself on fire! :-) There are not too many. My mother always made the best country fried steak - but it was SOOO messy. Otherwise...my family was and continues to be a huge fan of steak and potatoes... Almost all of what I have cooked has come out right, minus the shrimp scampi. The shrimp scampi...it was not so much a tragedy, but just not that tasty!
