Coconut Cream Cake II

Chocolate Eclair Cake

I have been making this recipe for a few years now. It is always well liked by all who tries it. Today, I made it for a co-workers b-day. He likes bananas, so substituted one box of banana cream pudding mix and one vanilla. Next time I want to try strawberry icing instead of chocolate. This is a must try...it is easy, quick and delicious!

Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

Very fudgy! Made a three layer cake with coconut filling...YUMMY! I added 1/2 c Kahlua, and decreased milk to 1/2 cup, and omitted the choco chips from the cake. Thank you!

Hot Jezebel

I made this dip last night for my jewelry party. It was the hit of the party! Everyone raved about how good it was! Everyone wanted the recipe. I used 1/2 apricot and 1/2 pineapple preserves, and used crushed red pepper instead of black pepper. I also blended the cream cheese into all ingredients, to make a "dip" consistancy.

Skillet Chicken Picante

I used Penzey Chicken Taco spice in place of the seasonings. I added tomatoes with green chilis to the pan with chicken, then rolled chicken mixture in flour tortillas, then poured picante swauce over and baked at 400 for 30 minutes...YUMMY!

Bread Pudding II

My first ever attempt at bread pudding. I just took the casserole out of the oven. My house smells soooo gooood! I used 3 eggs,1/3 cup white sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla ext, 1/2 tsp almond ext and sprinkled brown sugar and crushed pecans on top, then sprayed with margerine spray.

Dump Cake IV

Very good. Very easy. Good hot, warm or cold. I used blueberry pie filling. Cut the margerine into squeares and placed on top of cake mix. Will make again, and try other pie fillings..although blueberry was delish!

Awesome Pasta Salad

Very good. I added Penzey Spices Salad Elegant seasoning to the Italian dressing before adding to pasta. I used thinly sliced meats, next time I will get the deli to slice thicker, since the meat stuck together. I also omitted the olives(we do not like them). Great salad for BBQ, will make again.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I made this recipe years ago when my daughter was small. I had not made it in years and could not remember the recipe..I found it! The only thing I did different was to roll the dough balls in sugar and flatten inthe criss crossx pattern. A co-worker wanted really good chewy PB cookies..and I know this was it! I can't wait to take them to her tomorrow!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Very yummy. Used on boneless chicken breasts and cooked out on the charcoal grill and basted every 5-6 minutes with the sauce. Carmalized beautifully. Will make again and again! Thank you!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Not a bad recipe for meatloaf. Moist, not dry. I used 1/2 the fried onion recommended and the flavor was very dominant. Just ok..nothing special.

Five Flavor Pound Cake II

Wonderful, delicious recipe! I used orange, rum, almond, coconut and vanilla extract, since that is what I had on hand. The glaze is a must, makes the cake so extra wonderful! I did not pour the glaze over the cake, I brushed it on with a pastry brush. One problem, it boiled over the 12 cup bundt pan I used..next time I will use less of the batter in the bundt pan, then maybe make a small loaf also. This pound cake has to be the best cake I have ever eaten. Everyone at work raved about the taste and moistness. Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!

Mistakenly Zesty Pork Chops

Excellent recipe, with a little change. I used chili sauce, ketchup with Tabasco sauce and did not marinate the pork in the first step..I omitted that all together because of time restraints. I will marinate next time to see how that turns out. But, oh, how wonderful! I will make again! Thanks for the recipe!

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Pretty good, with A LOT of modifications. Added whole container of cool whip to make it pudding consistancy. Will make again, but change it up quite a bit.
