I graduated from the CCA (California Culinary Academy, in San Francisco, CA) in 1992. I LOVE to cook! I am hoping to open a personal/private chef business soon! I love to cook Italian food, I also LOVE to bake!! My parent taught me how to cook when I was young. My mother always bakes during the holidays & my father always makes our favorite dinners for our birthdays. Being able to cook something off the top of my head w/ the ingredients I have on hand! Making a souffle & it falling!!!!
