Mother's Applesauce Muffins
I used 1/2 c AP flour, 1/2 c bread flour; nutmeg and cloves instead of allspice; 1 shredded apple and 1/2 c of applesauce (because I didn't have enough applesauce); and soaked the raisins in vodka first. Mmmm mmm...

Cinnamon Bread I
I followed the other reviewer's suggestions but the topping needs to be tripled. It's an ok recipe (I gave it four stars anyway), but I doubt I'll make it again without trying other recipes first.
