Baked Potato Skins
These were delicious! I loved them, they were a little time consuming but they were well worth it! Definitely making these again and again !

Microwave Corn on the Cob
This was great! Microwaving it preserved some flavor that you lose during the boiling process and it cooked it perfectly. My husband and I were very happy with this recipe :)
