Egg Foo Yung II
This recipe does take some time and effort to prepare. Every time we crave chinese food, we head to a local restaurant and always get the egg foo young. Although this recipe is not quite as good, it comes close and the sauce is just as good.

Cheese Ball I
I have made this recipe several times for holiday parties. It is a hit every time over the store bought cheese ball. The leftovers are always finished off by the daycare kids for a quick and easy snack.

Buttercream Icing
Used this icing on cookies for Christmas and everyone raved over the icing. Every cookie was gone by the time the party ended.
