I Love to cook, and am always being asked for my recipes. But I can not seem to tell people the measurements. It's my handful of this, a pinch of that or I just eyeball and know if it is enough or not. Has anyone else ever had this problem and learned to adapt?? This is how I learned how to…

Family all together helping to prepare a meal. My son has become quite the prep chef extraordinaire and has started his own recipe collection. When he is in college in 4yrs i know he will at least be able to feed himself : )

Off the Top of my Head recipes while Camping, that our Large Family still rave about years later. My Lemon Oregano Asparagus Chicken Scallopini ( that is always changing, but always yummy )
