Paella I
It was alot easier than I thought. I used clams instead of mussels, next time I will try it with mussels, I also didn't have any white wine on hand so I used red instead and it was still good.

Quick Chicken Stew
This was simple and very easy. I added more chicken cause the hubby likes meaty stews, but will definitely make again.

Herb Roasted Pork
This recipe was easy, simple and delicious. It's the first time I've ever tried this recipe. I didn't have sage on hand so I used 1/2 tsp of rosemary and 1/2 tsp of thyme. Also added garlic salt to the dry rub. It was great.
