Easy Mexican Casserole
I made this according to the directions and my husband and I really liked it. The truth is that my kids wouldn't even try it, but that's not unusual from them.

Three Cheese Manicotti II
Next time I will use less parmesan cheese, but that is just a personal prefrence. It was good, and the whole family liked it.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I made this for a family party and everyone loved it! The kids thought it was a bit too spicy, but they're kids so it was expected. My father and sister in-law asked for the recipe!
