Foolproof Rib Roast
This was a perfect recipe! We made this for Christmas Eve dinner, following the directions exactly. I had to leave the house to keep from opening the oven door though! Thank you!

Beef Stroganoff III
Really great recipe. I used the suggestions by Beezlys, and also used leftover grilled sirloin steak, marinated in red wine.
