Fried Okra
I'm from the south & love fried okra, but this was really disappointing. Too bland & not nearly crunchy enough. Not much better, in my opinion, than the soggy stuff we used to get at Luby's.

Ukha (Russian Fish Soup)
More fish, more salt and a little less onion might help. Definitely has potential.

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
Honestly, it tastes about the same as the stuff in the can. Good, though, when you're jonesing for sloppy joes.
