Fruit Cobbler
Amazing! And incredibly easy to make. I made it for Mother's Day. There were four of us and we each had a serving after lunch. I told my mom she should take the rest home. By the time she was ready to leave, there was nothing left! We all picked at the leftovers until it was gone. Soooooooo yummy!

Berry Cobbler
Tasty dessert! Definitely not a cobbler, but delicious all the same. I had to cook this dessert for 40 minutes, instead of the time mentioned in the recipe. I would make it again, but instead of folding in the berries, I would top the berries with a thin layer of the batter.

Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies
Easy and delicious! I changed the recipe to yield 12 cookies and used one egg white instead of one egg, 1/4c whole wheat flour and 2Tbsp all purpose flour. Also, I added 1/4 c pecans (because I didn't have walnuts) and 1/4 c semi sweet chocolate morsels. Delicious and relatively healthy, for a cookie.
