Real Hummus
I will be making a lot of this! I boiled the beans for about 15 minutes and removed the skins that rose to the top. I didn't have fresh lemon juice on hand but bottled worked just as well. Really yummy and healthy snack with carrots or pretzels.

Italian Cream Cake I
Taste was awesome! Very moist and flavorful, however it did not bake up in the pan as well as I would have liked. It got rave reviews though.
