Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
Want to make this even more delicious & sinful? My family make a version of this recipe (minus the butter, brown sugar, & nuts) and pours hot fudge over the top. Just warm an open jar in the microwave for 30 seconds. Irresistible!

Beefy Cheese Dip
I have been making a version of this dip for years, and it is always a favorite! The trick I use to keep it creamy & tasty is to add a 10 3/4oz can of cream of mushroom soup (regular or reduced fat) mixed with 1 cup of milk. I haved used many different kinds of sausage (bulk italian, breakfast sausage, mild, spicy) and they all come out yummy. Serving with "scoops" (Fritos or Tostitos) or small deli bread seems to work best. I recently made this for my hubby to bring to a poker tournament, and he said that the guys were licking the dish, and asking him for the recipe! This also freezes well, so it's easy to make a double batch, freeze, then thaw & throw in a crock pot.

Carla's Fruit Dip
DELICIOUS!! I have made variations of this light & super easy dip several times, and have had requests for the recipe every time! I have followed other suggestions, and always used 8oz cream cheese (softened & whipped) & 1 tsp vanilla. It's great when you play with the flavors: one time I used strawberry cream cheese & added 1 tsp strawberry extract. Another time I made a pina colada dip by adding coconut & pineapple extract. Any yummy cream cheese flavors would work well! I love to serve this with graham cracker sticks & fruit (strawberries, fresh pineapple, grapes, & melon). Thanks, Carla!
