I enjoyed the crust but agree there is not nearly enough flour. I probably added another cup. I also precooked the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings

Loose Meat on a Bun, Restaurant Style

Great! I used 1/2 onion and cooked it with the meat. Served over french baguettes with provolone. Reserved some of the juice for dipping. Poor man's prime rib.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Great! I added garlic to the onion and butter. Also added 1/2 can of cream of chicken to the gravy. Plus homeade crust. Pastry for double pie-crust off of allrecipes. Perfect.
