Easy to make and it came out perfect. I didn't even think it needed frosting, so I just dusted it with confectioner's sugar and made it look pretty. ^_^. Will definitely be making this again. I work in cancer research, and when I brought this in to my lab, everyone gobbled it up and it disappeared in no time. Do yourself a favor and bake this cake! You will NOT be disappointed!!
