Shepherd's Pie VI
This recipe was pretty good but I found it didn't have very much flavour at all. To be fair, I do like dishes with a lot of flavour and this might be ok for someone that likes a very bland tasting comfort food dish. After it was done, I put a little worcester sauce and ketchup on my serving and that helped a bit. Mashing the carrots also took far too much time I thought. My husband enjoyed the carrots though so I've given the recipe 4 stars instead of 3. I think next time I will choose another recipe or spice this one up and forget the carrots...Instead I'll add frozen peas and carrots.

Cranberry Pistachio Biscotti
Wow! Another recipe that is sure to become a tradition. I followed the recipe exactly and it was so amazingly good! Great for gift giving. The cold water for the hands works great (I tired it without and it was a mess). The only problem I had was that it was a bit crumbly when I cut it but I didn't have a serated knife so that could be why. This is one of few recipes that I print off as I know it will be requested! MANY MANY THANKS! It is perfect as is.

Turtle Candy
These were so good! The only problem I had was I ate too many to test them! ;) I used the microwave for the caramel and added a little milk. This made the caramel soft and yummy. Thanks for the recipe even though it has blown my diet! :)
