About this Cook
Never cooked until I got married in 1999. Learned by trial and error because hubby wouldn't!
My favorite things to cook
I go through phases. Right now I am trying out Italian food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My Maw-Maw made all of the cajun basics- etoufee, jambalaya, gumbo, etc.
My cooking triumphs
I have a special talent- when I cook something for the first time it turns out spectacular. Then when I try to think how I made it again, it always turns out bad.

Quick and Easy Pizza
Exactly what I was looking for! I didn't use the spicy stuff and I used Bertolli Marinara Sauce and it was sooo good!

Tender and without any wild game taste!

Bacon and Tomato Cups
So good! I used crescent roll dough and form fitted into the cups. I also used real bacon pieces found in the salad toppings aisle. They actually tasted more bacon-y than using the real thing and so much easier!
