Cucumber Salad I
This is a very good basic cucumber salad. I followed the recipe exactly and my family enjoyed it. This is a classic recipe, nothing fancy, but quick and delicious none the less.

Italian Chicken and Peppers for a Crowd
This was very good and easy to prepare. I added a can of diced tomatoes to the sauce and topped it with pecorino romano cheese before serving. It turned out delicious.

Bacon Cheese Frittata
Wow, this was great. I made the 6 servings for just my fiance and I, thinking there'd be left overs and there wasn't! I susbstituted regular onions chopped very small since I didn't have green onion and added sauteed mushrooms. DELICIOUS and fluffy!
