Southern Potato Salad
Perfect proportions! I would give this ten stars if I could. Using this recipe you can easily tweak it the way you want. I toss the potatoes with vinegar and add a little sugar to the dressing, also some dill pickle instead of relish, and I like it cold.

Rice and Lentil Casserole
Love this dish! Used brown rice, hot Italian chicken sausage. Took 60 minutes to cook. Instructions and serving size are right on. Did not have bell peppers, added some chopped red cabbage in last 5 minutes to boost nutritional value. Will make again.

Quick Egg Roll Dipping Sauce
