Easy Grape Salad
I have been making the recipe for several years. I add 1/4 cup orange juice & a touch of vanilla to the creme cheese marshmallow mix, it thins it out just enough and is very refreshing. Of course as everyone knows this dessert is a hit

Margaret's Keftedes (Greek Meatballs)
added a touch of worcestershire sauce to added a little extra flavor found it very good

Original Homemade Italian Beef
I took this to a work carry in and got rave compliments. The only change I made was to cook the beef in a can of beer and beef stock
