I graduated from ISU in May 2005 with a BS in Information Systems. Now I'm an internal consultant for AT&T's IT department while getting an MS in Software Engineering from DePaul. I cook for myself, mostly. I like to try new things that I see on TV or hear about. I love to cook pasta. There's so much you can do with it. All types of proteins can be added. I also like to explore my creative side with pizzas. While dieting, I discovered that pitas make excellent crusts for a 1-serving pizza. Since I eat alone 90% of the time, that really works out for me. It was REALLY good with my Amie's Lemon Rice. :) One of the recipes I found on here with a chicken mushroom sauce. It was awful. Way too much paprika and pepper. I had to throw the whole thing out.
