Chinese Pot Roast
Surprisingly good, and very easy. This recipe converted us from not really liking pot roast to fighting over leftovers. What a great winter meal!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
This was my Dad's favorite in the whole cookie/ candy assortment I made this year. He could not get enough. I used Ghiradelli chips, very nice and easy!
