I tried this recipe for the first time for dinner tonight and it was exactly what I was hoping it would be. On a strick low fat, low cholesterol diet and this was perfect.

Grilled this tonight for dinner. Was running very short on time this morning so didn't cut up for kabobs but grilled the chicken breast halves. Marinated them all day and Wow they were great. Love how moist they were and the seasonings. Used about 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper as we don't like things very hot and it was perfect. Will make this again often. Thank you for a very healthy recipe that tastes so good!
