Lola's Horchata
I've since made it with white rice and dare I say I preferred the taste with the brown rice. Also, I used the cinnamon sticks and just blended them in the beginning with the rice in the blender. Delish!

Cranberry Muffins
These are delish! I add equal parts cinnamon and nutmeg to the topping. Kind of a lot of ingredients for muffins but they def. don't disappoint. I love fresh cranberries. Great for breakfast!

Baba Ghanoush
This was soooo yummy!!! I'd heard about this stuff but never tried it. I'm a hummus regular but from now on, I think she will be my hummus. The only thing I changed was I roasted my garlics along with my eggplant because raw garlic is a bit intense on the breath. Also, I ate it immediately instead of waiting. The next day the garlic flavor had def. intensified so maybe that is what the fridge time would do? Either way, loved it and thanks.
