Huge success! I was looking at another recipe, got them confused, and accidentaly added pineapple. No one thought it was a mistake. They all loved! We served it with mahi mahi that we grilled. Delicious! Will use this recipe again!

I don't like stuffing, but hubby does. My in-laws came to visit and he asked me to make these. They absolutely loved them! I followed the recipe the first time, then did a few things my way the second. Both ways turned out wonderful. Will certainly do it again!

Absolutely delicious! I made some for my family and some friends and they all loved it. Even our children loved it! They asked for seconds, which they never do with fish. I doubled the marinade and left it marinating in the fridge longer than 20 minutes (mostly because I had so many other things to do!). Still, it was great!
